1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using StreamWorx, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

StreamWorx is a streaming analytics and content planning platform. We provide tools to monitor live streams, track performance metrics, plan content, and collaborate with team members.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Twitch account to use StreamWorx. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

4. Subscription and billing

StreamWorx offers Free, Pro, and Business tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes affect their subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Data and content

You retain ownership of all content you create in StreamWorx (scripts, planner content, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

Stream data collected from platform APIs (viewer counts, metrics) is provided as-is and may be subject to the respective platform's terms of service.

7. Limitation of liability

StreamWorx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or other damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
