1. Information we collect

When you sign in with Twitch, we receive your Twitch display name, email address, profile image, and user ID. We store encrypted OAuth tokens to access Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok APIs on your behalf.

We collect stream data (viewer counts, chat metrics, follower counts) through platform APIs while your streams are live. This data is used to generate your analytics.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to:

  • Display real-time and historical stream analytics
  • Power the content planner and scheduling features
  • Track video performance across platforms
  • Provide personalized insights and recommendations

3. Data storage and security

All platform tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. Sessions use signed JWTs stored in HTTP-only cookies. Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with encrypted connections.

4. Third-party services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

  • Twitch -- for authentication and stream data
  • YouTube -- for video and stream analytics
  • TikTok -- for cross-platform metrics
  • Stripe -- for payment processing (we never see or store your card details)

5. Data retention

Your stream data and analytics are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of your data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Disconnect platform integrations at any time from Settings
  • Revoke our access directly from Twitch/YouTube/TikTok
